Manager Toolkit

by National Coordinating Office | Feb 03, 2012

The Blueprint for Pharmacy possesses a knowledge translation (KT) component, and this project addresses the needs of that component by developing resources to facilitate practice change.

This Manager Toolkit provides resources for managers in supporting their employees undergoing practice change. Resources for both pharmacists and pharmacy technicians are addressed, with the intent to have both types of professionals able to perform at their full scope of practice.

New feature: The toolkit can now be completed and saved electronically, in addition to printed.
