To fulfill the knowledge translation (KT) component for Blueprint for Pharmacy, the project aims to develop resources to facilitate practice change with the following objectives:

1. To conduct an environment scan to identify, collate, and summarize existing pharmacy practice change resources;
2. To identify gaps in existing resources;
3. To develop content for new resources to fill identified gaps

An environmental scan of existing pharmacy practice resources was conducted, and a number of gaps were identified in the relevance and practicality of these resources. 

This report is offered as the first of three KT reports designed to facilitate and catalyze pharmacy practice change.
