To fulfill the knowledge translation (KT) component for Blueprint for Pharmacy, this project aims to develop resources to facilitate practice change with the following objectives:
- To conduct an environment scan to identify, collate, and summarize existing pharmacy practice change resources;
- To identify gaps in existing resources;
- To develop content for new resources to fill identified gaps
This document provides content for a new resource to be developed on the legislative and policy framework for pharmacists’ scope of practice. A cross-jurisdictional Canadian scan was conducted, and the most recent information from each jurisdiction has been included.
This report is offered as the second of three KT reports designed to facilitate and catalyze pharmacy practice change.
