The Blueprint for Pharmacy possesses a knowledge translation (KT) component, and this report addresses the needs of that component by developing resources to facilitate practice change. This KT component has the following objectives:

1. To conduct an environment scan to identify, collate, and summarize existing pharmacy practice change resources (Phase 1);
2. To identify gaps in existing resources (Phase 2);
3. To develop content for new resources to fill identified gaps (Phase 3)

This report fulfills the environmental scan and gap identification objectives (Phases 1 and 2). New resources will be developed in the future once consensus has been achieved on the priorities for development.
